Water Flask - ​

A water flask is something we both didn't have when we first started our travels however we quickly brought one while travelling. As it is so important to keep hydrated for various different reasons, especially when in hot countries. We have recommended two different options the first one being the IRON °FLASK Sports Water Bottle as the double wall insulation makes the Iron Flask sweat-free! It keeps your drink COLD for up to 24 hours, and HOT for up to 12 hours. This specific one comes in a variety of colours and sizes, however we would recommend the 18Oz. However, that being said we are aware that you don't always want to carry something as bulky and heavy as that, although it does come with a strap you can attach to your backpack.
